Smoked Sausage Mini Ravi's Bake
Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen mini raviolis
- 3 lbs smoked sausage, cut into small pieces
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Green onions, sliced thinly
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet, cook smoked sausage over medium heat until heated through and a little crisp. Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add in cream cheese, chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stirring until cream cheese is melted.
- Pour the smoked sausage mixture even over mini raviolis.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and green onions.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until cheese is melty goodness.
